Richard Hartmann
Richard has been employed at Brother International for many years, serving in a variety of capacities. Most currently, he has worked as Brother’s manager of technical support, managing a technical support program for the entire United States. Richard has coordinated technical and repair seminars for the company’s dealer base of over 400 dealers and its customer service department located in Tennessee. The sewing industry has changed dramatically over the years, and Richard has been instrumental in helping Brother stay up to date and technically current with those changes.
