Tom moved on and began working with Royal Appliance, where he was responsible for 485 dealer accounts, including two of the nation’s largest. He introduced the Dirt Devil product name to all classes of trade. Next, Tom worked for Koblenz Manufacturing where he once again delivered substantial sales growth, as well as numerous design improvements to products.
Currently, Tom is with Riccar America, as Western Region Sales Manager. He travels over half of the country, training dealers and staff in the successful marketing of Riccar vacuums. He is always encouraging and helping them trade information that will make everyone more successful. Tom is a tireless promoter of the vacuum industry. His ideas have altered the direction to the industry, changing both manufacturers and independent dealers.
